Link to Family Plans [t-mobile.com]

OK, this is kinda related to this thread about a new T-Mobile plan, but I want to highlight the Family Plans.

So as an individual you get unlimited min/txt + 500mb of data plus hotspot for $50

but as a Family you get a better deal.

2 Lines for $40 each ($80)
3 Lines for $30 each ($90)
4 Lines for $25 each ($100)
5 Lines for $22 each ($110)

and each person gets the same plan as the the individual paying $50

Plus no contracts required, so if you pool with friends and your friend is a dead beat, no worries about him costing you $200 for an ETF.

Also in my case, I was previously on the Family Value plan was paying $5 for 200mb but now it's included and upgraded to 500mb with free hotspot. So I'm saving $5/line

*you can switch over as long as you are at least 18 months into your existing plan. You will still have to finish out your current plan even though this says "no contract" but if you are out of contract this will not extend your contract.

**corrected my earlier statement, 2GB is available for $10/month, if you want to pick and choice which line gets more data, add the 500MB first then edit each line individually

yeah get a corporate discount and 10 off credit.
OK. that's right, I forgot that many people here managed to get that $10 credit or extra data feature at no cost. I never bothered to look into details before - but how do you get that $10 credit on an existing contract? Will that renew your contract? Can you get this credit on an old value plan? Thanks

you can only get it from an old contract based plan and it does not renew the contract also it carries over to the simple plan

About what? I'm just surprised people got the dough each month for this All In Plans. I get by fine on the $12 a mp. PP plan on a decent phone. If I need data, find some wifi.

LOL it works out to $22 per line. I am still saving compared to the person paying $32.50 for the same service. (All discounts and taxes included)

Unless you don't have a home internet connection why would anybody need more data anyway? there is wifi everywhere.

Anyone have T mobile in the Denver-Boulder area? How is the speeds and network quality? I have AT&T currently.

I'm in Arvada travel all over metro Have not had any problems. It works much better than my work phone with Sprint

In case anyone who is currently under contract with the "Value Plan", they can switch to this "Simple Choice" with no migration fees. You just have to finish off the contract. If you have the unlimited value plan and plan on switching to this; it may or not may be worth it. For me, it cost roughly the same amount each month ($100-$110) but the simple choice you have free tethering and also instead of 2GB data you get 2.5GB. And my other lines without data now has 500 mb no overage charges after that. And on top of all this the rep was able to give me another $10 off a month.

A quick question. Has any one been able to add more than 5 lines on the family plan? I need to add one more and t-mobile store says I will need to open another account...

which means I will need to pay $50 for the 6th line instead of $10 if I could add it to the 5 lines...

How did you get the $10 off a month? was the rep on the phone or at a store?
