Got mine yesterday as well. Took about an hour and a half, taking my time (clearing a space in the garage, laying everything out, picking some good music to listen to, etc). If you are assembling by yourself, I would suggest removing the hood (and grill) before dropping the top half into place. It takes a lot of the weight off and makes it easy to maneuver.
Had ours delivered yesterday. Today I took everything out of the box and following directions assembled the bottom part. Then time came to place the top part on, I took it out of the bubble wrap and found a huge dent over a whole top of grill cover. Original box had no visible damage.
Talked with a customer service and was promised price to be matched when Grill comes back in stock.
Then had to pack everything back in to the box it came and take it back to the local Home Depot.. half of the day wasted...
At home depot was offered to get Weber 310 for $399 ( originally $499) but declined.
