no HDMI is np, i'd put a GPU on it anyways with a phenom. However, no SATA III and no USB 3.0 kinda kills the deal. THough, that is a great set of free RAM.
this is just an old school, no thrill, no frill mobo for a cheap basic build or upgrade to DDR3 memory, you can sell the Mobo for $25 to $30 and that makes a cheap set of ram with the way memory prices are now.

Will I be able to overclock the Phenom x4 965 to around 3.8-4.0ghz with this board? Seeing as how the x4 965 requires 125 TDP and the board supports max 125 TDP?
Thanks in advance!
Probably not. I don't have this board, but I had similar boards of the same generation. OC-ed Black Phenom will hit 140-160W TDP, and these budget boards with the two RAM slots and 4 power lines around the socket are not good for OCing. I am surprised it is described as more than 95W this particular board. It has the components for "up to 95" type of board.
