Current price on this laptop is $399.99 using In-Store Only coupon code, 54669 you will get $100 off any Windows 8 device. This coupon just came to me via email.

For $299 this beats the front page deal on this laptop from February which had it down to $325 I believe...

Hmmmm, tempted to trade in my Sandy Bridge laptop for this...
However, my SB laptop does have bluetooth and WiDi, which this does not.

Ummm, is there any reason this deal isn't FP?
Fanboys, computers are the only thing their family can afford in this economy (don't let the monkey in the suit fool you, the economy is ****) so they talk about all the latest and greatest features in the only thing they can afford. When they get out from under their mothers skirt and work they wont have the time to pick out brand names of a loaf of bread in the supermarket.

This is the lowest price for an i3 I've seen in a long time! I wouldn't be surprised if it makes FP and sells out.

Just grabbed the last one at one of the staples near me without any issues.

Here is the $100 off coupon good until May 4th http://reg.e.staples.com/c/s/tagf...reId=10001

(save coupon onto your computer if you think you will use it for this for any Windows 8 device)

Here is the Toshiba laptop with 6gb memory and very high rated (passmark 3360 as good as some i5s) i3 processor >>> http://www.staples.com/Toshiba-Sa...a=CIRCULAR

$399-$100=$299 (before taxes)

One negative is you have a $50 rebate to submit

Got mine after work around 5pm. No problems, $322 I think using rewards points and BEFORE rebate.

It's set up,incredibly fast, speakers are acceptable but no better than my cell phone. And believe it or not I like windows 8!

I refuse to pay more than 300 for a laptop and I usually buy one every 3 or 4 years, I might get a second one to replace my personal laptop...

I got this same laptop on the previous Win8 /Staples deal and it is a good machine, peppy and with decent memory and storage capacity however be aware that the speakers suck big time, I mean they are horrible with a very tinny sound that heart your ears like just capable of reproducing high frequencies.

I have tried every software enhancement available and nothing makes it sounding better.

Just for comparison, tablet speakers or even smartphones do sound way better than this laptop. It is fine in case you not intend to use the speaker for multimidia or will be using a headset.
I am still amazed how low Toshiba went on speaker in this build.

you registered like a few months before me.

Picked one up an hour or so ago. Tried to get the asus i5 but apparently staples made it so the coupon no longer works on kiosk items.

Snatched one too with no problem.

$450 - $100 instant rebate, $350
$350 + tax (6%), $371
-$50 MIR, $321

Don't get i3's much cheaper than this.

They usually sit around for a while and are used as spares, eventually given away or sold
