I have tried to read over this thread but it is 30 pages now. Is some of this deal still available yet? I'm just wondering right now what I would pay for a set of 4 tires? And which ones I should get.

Here is my info if that helps:

2006 Toyota Prius
Tires I have now is Good Years (lasted me 8 years!!)-BUT I am a real low mileage driver and I only have around 30,000 miles on my car right now.
Tire size: P185/65R15

I had planned to get tires at Sam's Club BUT I have a bunch of Kmart gift cards I can use to pay for this. So I would be stupid to pay cash for them.

I have called Walmart and for $16 a tire they will will install them for me. Here is the breakdown they gave me:

$5.00 mount (this is waived only if you buy tires from them)
$8.00 Tire Balance and lifetime rotation
$3.00 for value stem (can I order these from Sears instead if the same price since I would have a gift card to cover them?)

I hope someone can help me. I would appreciate it. If this deal is no longer good I think I could wait a bit IF need be.

Edited to add: I guess there are no Goodyear Eagle GT that match up to my size tire unless I'm missing something?

I guess I can try to go with something else. Is there any kind of deal on anything else? Toyota has a Buy 3 Get 1 Free Tire sale going on right now where I can get 4 Goodyear tires for $353.50. If I can get something close to that from Sears that would save me of having to pay out the cash for tires and I can use my Kmart gift cards to pay for them.
go to walmart, print this out

tell them you want the $11 package. To get that they do not charge the tire mount fee (they only charged the $8 tire balance/rotate lifetime fee and $3 stem.

I bought the same tires as you (but they were bridgestones) and sears had them for $280+tax - $40 giftcard they sent out (tax included). OOP was $240 with tax - $56 coming back in Shopdiscover (20% even though was suppose to be 10%). Your choice. I would rather wait cause P185/65/R15 can be bought for around $250. Never paid above $300 for Bridgestone tires. Not sure about Goodyear (although they tend to be more expensive).

here is a list of goodyear tires that will fit your car: http://www.sears.com/automotive-t...ewItems=50

Tried calling them. Didn't get the 65$ back. I wasn't able to apply the 40/35 off too. And got no cashback from Discover because I used some Sears GC. So thinking of cancelling my order.

How many folks were able to get both the 20% + 65$ back in SYWR points.

Is anyone worried about the Goodyears being discontinued and now being able to get a replacement if you need one down the road?? That is the only thing I'm worried about since someone mentioned they would have new ones in July.

went to walmart today to get the tires installed. they refused to install them because my car (2010 Hyundai Sonata) came with V (149MPH) speed rated tires originally (Listed on the tire information sticker inside the drivers door), while the Bridgestones I bought were only T (118MPH) speed rated.

Ended up going to a local place who had no issues installing them, but did cost a few $ more.

Yes I understand why Walmart would not install them (Legal liability), however they should leave it up to the customer what level tire they are comfortable using. Like I am really going to drive over 118MPH in my Hyundai Sonata (Especially since the speed limit here is 65MPH), ok everyone drives 70-75MPH. Still the T rated tires will easily handle that.

Did your receipt come with invoice # or did you just enter the order number for the online rebate?

Sorry if I've missed this but the $11 WalMart installation deal shows only valid for tires purchasd at WalMart. Are they allowing any tires to be installed for $11 each? Thanks.

For what it's worth, I got my $65 in points today. I chatted the day after my order (5/7) with a Sears CSR and he confirmed I should have 65k points within seven days. I called SYWR today and politely explained the situation, I forwarded the lady (Pam, I believe) my chat log and within 10 minutes I had my points.

I spent more time on hold than it took to get my points credited.

All in all $380 - $40 rebate - $70 SYWR, ~$270 for a set of tires for the Camry, not bad at all.

Got my $65 in points within an hr after I made the call to SYWR, $387 for instore pick in N. CA. When I went to the store they said, we owe you $43 ( I didn't choose installation by Sears when I bought online) so not sure why they would refund me $43. I'll call and find our stores in my area who can do the install for me. So all in all $387 - $43 -$65 -$40 = $230 for tires and $70 max for install, $300 for 4 tires installed is heck of deal IMO. Yay!!

I picked by Goodyear Eagle GT 205/55R/16.

Yeah, they told me 7-10 business days before they'd get back to me. I made sure I told them that I would cancel my order if my points were not applied.

I used
B3G1TIRE
SEARS35OFF300AFFILIATEDEALS
65SYW350
SAVENOW
Called back to Sears rewards today as a follow-up. Got denied again because you can't use multiple coupons they said, which is bs. I got connected over to their website customer service which also stuck to the party line and said that the system will not take multiple coupons. This is a big BS since the system did take both of my coupons and it did not tell me that anyone of them would not be applied. I would have used the 40aut350 instead of the members 65 dollar coupon if I had known about the rewards coupon stipulation. Needless to say after arguing and raising my voice with both departments, I got nothing. The deal has turned out to be mediocre at best, and the tires are installed so no returning for me. Hopefully my discovercard points go through or else this will be a really crappy deal.

So after all this, a big F U to sears for their crappy computer system and unflexible customer service.

Has anyone received their shop discover 10%?
I called and Sears never reported the purchase, that's $36 for me.
I made a claim with customer service at Discover.
