• 6-Pack (24oz, 16.9 oz, 16oz) = 6 icons
• 8-Pack (16.9 oz) = 8 icons
• Select 12-Packs & 24-Packs = 3 icons
• Fountain = 1 icon via Pongr

I know one person did and they posted a picture of it, but I submitted mine on 6/2 and didn't hear anything about it yet.
I did receive 4 coolers and the Mt. Dew bracelet though so far!

Maybe the winners here that received their iPod redeemed from the Pepsi side(?) since it had the Pepsi logo added on the outside. I won one from the Dew side.
