All future all-in-one computers will be shipped out in a separate heavy duty protective shipping box. I've initiated chargebacks on my orders.. huge scam going on right now, and people need to be aware of it. I received some great items, but then a few weeks ago, received all non-working items. They immediately responded to emails asking to return ... after that - no response to ANY communication whatsoever, multiple emails. I even found a phone number for them that announced their name at the beginning of the call, got transferred to a live person, who said they have no idea who the company is. I told them it says DEALFISHER when you call this number and asks you to hold for a moment! They still said they have no idea what DEALFISHER is. Crazy.
Get your money back now from your credit card company. Do not wait another second. And a huge buyer beware when ordering anything else from this company right now. Seems to be one of those startups that puts a lot of money out in advertising and free stuff in the beginning to build a presence, then quickly goes under faster than you can snap your fingers.
They haven't been on their facebook page for a while now, either. Whoever is running it has probably long gone on a plane out of the country.

I had to go to Paypal and request disputes on both charges. Still waiting on my refunds..
Company does not reply to emails.. wants to charge restocking fees even though they have none on their website.
