If you have been looking for a motherboard for your Haswell build, you can stop now. The ASRock Z87 Extreme6 deal is a must have, killer deal for anyone building a Haswell system today. Considering the current RAM prices, it is a better value that the $106 Z77 Extreme6 FP deal a few months ago.
UPDATE: A user alerted me via a PM about BIOS stability/lockups with the ASrock mobo. I had based my comment on the price and features alone. I hadn't investigated the reviews and had relied on the manufacturer's reputation and popularity. Prompted by the PM, I skimmed the reviews. The lockups are a huge annoyance but seem to be fixable by a BIOS update. Most reviews are still positive. Given the price, and knowing now about the BIOS issues, I would still take my chance with this board. There is still no way to get a better deal on a well-featured mobo and 16GB of RAM.

Reason: BIOS issues update
Saw this in my email and came here to see which boards were bubbling to the top of recommendations. Need to replace my VERY aging Abit board with an E4500 <eek>. This looks like a possible time to jump to a new (partial) build (mobo-cpu--ram). Haven't decided on final CPU yet. I use my machine as a household process server (playon, etc) so I tend to leave it on all the time, so I'm tempted by the Haswell low power i5-4670T model. But the option of the K processor is very tempting
