Sigh, straw man arguments. Where did I imply anything about him being allowed to do anything? I merely describe him as a boy, which is an entirely accurate statement, to illustrate the nature of the incident. Zimmerman shot an unarmed boy, and the extenuating circumstances of the confrontation are ultimately unclear and unconfirmed.

Is this so difficult for you to understand? Perhaps you should re-read what I said before you make more false implications from my posts.

Interesting how people claim Zimmerman a racist yet it was Martin that referred to him as a Cracker. Did Zimmerman use any racial slurs?

I remember when there was discussion about what lesser charges the prosecution would ask for and manslaughter and felony assault were mentioned. Instead, the prosecution asked for the standard manslaughter but also that ridiculous 3rd degree murder charge (which we know wasn't allowed).

I realize that the prosecution was likely concerned that if the jury was leaning towards manslaughter, having the felony assault charge may encourage them to "compromise" on that instead. It looks like the prosecution overestimated their case.

I swear speaking race is America is a lost cause better to shut up, deal with the punches to the face and move on. 40 pounds and ten years older means a lot and even if trayvon was taller he was only 158 fricken pounds while zimmerman was closer to 200.

America likes this, new racism is denying racism exist.

No reason to get beat up by a kids with a obvious strength advantage, like I said before they is about maintaining current social and racial oppression nothing more and nothing less.

A basic history book will teach anyone that.
