This TV price dropped from $629.99 to $599.99.
If you bought this within the past 30 days, bring your receipt to the store and they'll refund the difference.

If you don't have costco membership, you could try asking amazon.com to price match.
Here is a link of sites that amazon will price match TVs.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/cus...=201133230

Best Buy might price match if you have a costco near the BB store and the manager calls costco to find the price.

I own this TV and absolutely LOVE the picture quality.
Hope you Enjoy this deal my slickdeal friendswoot

Thank you for cluttering my thread with incorrect information from administrative staff and not managers. From your profile, apparently, you do this a lot and posted only 3 deals.

If anyone successfully gets a price adjustment beyond 30 days please post here. It's futile replying to comments on here. I'm done.

I'm glad since you're still wrong. Your false info is the clutter. And FYI in the many more years than you that I've been on slickdeals I have posted deals, they don't show in the updated system but I wouldn't expect a pompous ignorant newb to know that.

Has anyone in the Bay Area picked up one locally?

Buy another one, return it with the old receipt. I do this all the time when I buy something and then it's in the next coupon book.
Some stores scanned serial # on box you can't do though. I still think Samsuck has the BEST of all TVs picture quality except for maybe 4K TVs. The only problem is Samsuck just had poor customer service.

Oh, didn't know they did that, but makes sense.

Looks like they pulled it from their website. Going to have to go store hunting for this bad boy I guess.

Thank you OP and for those who are hesitant....dont be you will regret NOT getting this TV.

I have it hung in my bedroom and it is PERFECT! Awesome SMART TV for the $$$ really a no brainer!

I personally know as of 8-15-13, San Leandro Costco sold out. At least 4 more at Hayward Costco, 1 more at Fremont Costco.

Bought last one at San Leandro but it had a cracked screen. Returned it and got a replacement in Hayward. So far so good!

The Store Locator on the Panasonic website actually seems accurate. On Monday it listed San Leandro, now it doesn't. http://shop.panasonic.com/shop/model/TC-50PS64

OP might be right technically about the policy, but obviously you are right that you will be able to get the difference in price back, it just might require the old buy-then-return trick.

also LOL @ OP digging through your history. He mad.

Know of a Costco in San Diego that had 10 in stock when I called on 8/15/2013 and had 5 on the floor when I picked mine up on 8/17/2013. Looks dim in the store but they have it on the standard mode (the least bright of its settings). The stock home theater setting looks great and handled having lights on in the room like a champ; the AR filter on this model seems to work pretty well. Just got it turned on so have the brightness turned down and am breaking it in for as close to 100 hours as I can stand before tweaking the settings and letting it loose. Think I am going to be really happy with this TV though as it looked great the first few minutes when I turned the home theater mode on just to stare at its glory.

Also, if you know anyone who has a Costco membership, they can buy you a gift card for any dollar amount. You can take that gift card in and buy anything regardless of whether it exceeds the value of your gift card. I was able to get the TV and the 3-year warranty extension (an extra $60 bucks) using a $40 gift card. Just know that you will need a debit or cash card (eg. Amex) as they don't take credit cards.

Can you buy this even if you aren't a member?
Non members pay $30 or so more. Just get someone you know that has a membership to go with you and you can use their card.

Costco has the 50PS64 ($599) while Sam's has the 65PS64 ($1299). I did a lot of research on these TVs and for me they seem to be the best option. I don't care about 3D, but wanted the screen filter of the ST series. Once I read these had the filter, I was sold. I purchased the 50" from Costco a few days ago and could not be happier at this point. Lucky for me, my work had a 'come try Costco' day so I didn't have to purchase a membership (did consider it, but products and prices didn't match my current needs). Got the extended warranty (square trade if anyone is wondering who it's through) with the hope of never using it.

Still trying to get 100hrs on it before I mess with the settings too much, but already the picture quality is awesome. My living room has windows on 2 walls (perpendicular on the left and parallel behind the back of the set), the set is mounted above a fireplace, and I sit about 10' from it. Given this configuration, I can view it just fine in the day time. This is not to say there is no glare, but it's certainly manageable. At night, I am continuously blown away by the picture.

I got one and I'm very happy with it. Not as bright as my venerable Vizio P50HDTV10A, but only consumes, what, 1/5 the power? Deep blacks and the anti-reflection seems to work well even in my sunny living room.

I used fairchild99's S60 settings at http://www.avsforum.com/t/1461177...t_23290695, but changed the color temp to Normal and the panel brightness to High. (The S64 is basically the S60 with anti reflection.) Looks great.
