This is a nice deal but I get this deal every time I call in to cancel my subscription. I got it on 2 of my radios right now.

yes, you can get this deal when you threaten to cancel, but just like everything like this it's a hassle.

If you can just do it online, it'd be much easier.

For those interested (ie, those with UNactivated radios) - I understand that there will be 2 weeks FREE of Sirius/XM from Aug 27 to Sept. 6.

Hope this helps.

. . . and to original poster - I believe that this deal is posted quite frequently - sorta wonder how you didn't find it? But, no worries, it is a nice deal - just make sure that you use a one-time credit card.

Every time a SiriusXM post comes up I'm conflicted. I like the service, but a couple of years ago they reneged on a promotion (free premium online streaming if you extend your service) which began the worst customer service experience of my life. The scripted stonewalling was so sleazy I couldn't believe that some suit somewhere thought it was a good idea to lie in so many ways to customers. When I cancelled the service of course, they were more than happy to give me what I was asking for months earlier (just honor your agreement), but I was done.

I guess I still am. Gonna pass.

Will this work if you never activated the service on your vehicle?

I get this thing every month in the mail! I wish they would stop.

Have you look at TuneIn Radio Pro?

Check out Comedy 104 on it! Yes they have dirty jokes on there and its some radio station in WA? I thought FCC does not allow this.

You do need a data plan.
