I have found some decent deals by doing the multiple browser trick (open multiple tabs, wait a few minutes or put the item in your cart on the m.cowboom.com mobile browser, THEN try to add it again in the windows you've already opened).

These are Cowboom refurbished, meaning they may not have a retail box or manual, but at grade 6-8 they will be pretty much scratch free (from the Chino warehouse so they will look new at that high a grade). I have found in checking the serials that most still have a warranty if it's iPad 3 (or Retina of course).

Cable and charger are included and those look new. Basically these look like customer returns but were never really used and in some cases not even activated. I give this distinction because it's Seller (ultimately Best Buy), not Apple refurbished.

I have found
iPad 2 32gb AT&T for $239.99
iPad 3 32gb wifi for $249.99
iPad 3 64gb AT&T for $329.99
iPad 4 16gb for $309.99
iPad 4 32gb for $349.99
iPad mini 16gb for $199.99

And many more. Some are good deals, some aren't. Know your prices - check Amazon and eBay before you bite.

Add $5 for shipping and tax in most states since it's a subsidiary of Best Buy.

15 day return policy (from date of receipt), free return shipping, no hassle.

And don't forget to leave the window open after your purchase for a $10 iTunes credit to pop up (Facebook required, now it's only 1 per account).

Good luck. I was VERY happy with what they sent me when they did the Refurb Flash Sale last month. All looked new (seriously!), some were not activated (meaning full 1 year warranty applies) and a couple even had Apple Care +.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I got one last month. Didn't see any this time but the iPad 3 32gb for $250 was a sweet price. Saw a couple. There's a bunch of the $200 minis too if anyone wants one. Grade 6.

And for those who rain down the TDs, you will have to do the browser trick to get the good deals. The default ones that pop up aren't anything special. The best I saw was iPad 2 32gb AT&T for $240. It's like a treasure hunt, there is a thrill in the chase.

I got a white grade 4 ipad 3 32gb for $304 w/ shipping with their last ipad flash sale. It is in great shape, screen is flawless, some wear on the back and imperfections on the bottom corners. I did have to activate, which I found strange. Does that mean I have a full warranty?

Google "iPad warranty check" and input the serial on Apple's site. You'll see the specifics - if someone registered the iPad previously, you will know when. Telephone support lasts 90 days and warranty lasts 1 year from the date the iPad was first connected to Apple's servers ie., activated. The warranty is transferable - they'd just run the serial at the Apple store. No receipt needed as they see the same info you do - the serial is proof of purchase.

Browser trick?

In Chrome,

open up a couple browser tabs with the item page and "add to cart" visible for a particular model iPad. Don't add it.

Now open up m.cowboom.com in another tab and add that same item to cart. Go back to your regular site Chrome tabs. Try adding that iPad now.

If there was only 1 of that item in stock, say a 16gb iPad 2 with AT&T grade 7, then the Chrome pages will say, "Sorry someone beat you to the deal" and offer you 4 alternatives. These are the where the deals are.

I do this trick with 10 tabs open.

You can't add to cart on Cowboom.com in one tab then try it in another tab. The site will not let you have more than one item in the cart for the SAME browser in different tabs.

But the mobile site, IE, Firefox, and your other ways of accessing the site (on your phone, another laptop, your tablet etc), all count as DIFFERENT carts.

Sometimes I have to add to cart on my phone, iPad, in IE etc to drain the inventory... it can take some time to get the hang of it, as well as some frustration, but it works.

iPad 3 32gb MC706LL/A (grade 6) is showing $319 for me. I'd definitely bite if I could find a $250 one, though.

Gamestop deal for B2G1 was a little hotter IMO.
