sells for $200

its the onkyo equivalent of the yama 673... though i cant keep track of onkyo store models shenanigans.

and i highly doubt that power rating. also note that the best thing onkyo have are the auto eq, but it is crippled in this model, as in it doesnt even test the sub.

id pass.

I remember about 10 years ago when I was supposed to upgrade my older A/V equipment the average price was about $1000 for something close to this. Then again that was when I paid about $900 for a pos RCA 32" CRT.

Prices have dropped nicely for TV and H/T. Now to wait on 4K TV to drop to a lower price. Not that it matters much now since there's not much playing at that high res right now.

Nice thing about a AIO, or home theater set, receiver is that the subw. is passive. So it uses regular speaker wires; another thing is that with a passive sub you save in electricity. My powered sub I can not turn off except through the wall outlet so it's mainly always on, but this receiver just need to be turned off.

Made by Klipsch the Jamo 426 5 piece IMO. Highest reviews on Amazon w/ a 4.6. I got mine for like $135.
