Guess they want me to call them: "We are unable to complete this transaction online. Please call Listener Care at (877) 486-5979. We apologize for the inconvenience."

They've been trying to get me to sign up for their other plan.

what if your subscription is still active? This won't work? It has to be already turned off, so they can turn you on again?

oops -
"Radio ID (ESN or SID) is active on another account"
guess it won't work

This has been going on for years. I call them every five months to cancel and they give me this deal every time.

Does this include online streaming or do you have to have a siriusxm device?

Thanks OP. I'm always tempted to rejoin but am tired of their game. Sign up, auto renew in 5 months, call back to cancel, maybe offered deal/maybe not, so really cancel and then wait for the deal in the mail in a couple months.

Why is this necessary? Last time they refused to give me the same $24.99 for 5 mths--assured me they don't offer that to anyone anymore--so I canceled. 2 mths later, the deal arrives in the mail. I've passed on it b/c I've had enough. There are only 2 stations I listen to and can live w/out them. If they would stop the stupid game I would still be a customer. Whatever...

You can first try to get 2 free months here [siriusxm.com]

Then if not, just call 866-760-4284 and tell them you got an offer in the mail.
