No stylus, much lower resolution screen (50% lower to be exact), weaker processor and older version of android (may be able to update, idk). If at all possible I'd say spend the extra 60-70 bucks and get one of the 2014 refurbs I've been seeing for 340-350 lately.
Honestly I have this tablet and I bought a refurb at $225. Even new its not worth much more then that. To get decent performance you are going to have to root the tablet for a cleaner ROM with better ram management. Even then there are very few Roms available. Honestly for this price I would go for a used iPad 3 on eBay( I just bought a $290 64gb with Verizon Cellular for parents), this iPad has 700mhz LTE capabilities so it will also be compatible with T-Mobile new 700mhz LTE network in the near future. If you don't want apple, as stated above a Galaxy 10.1 2014 refurb would do you much better.
Beware - I have a Galaxy Tab 2 and can no longer connect to Wi-Fi. Worked good for several months and all the sudden it no longer connects! Samsung is no help at all. Read up on this subject, I have found it happened to tons of people. The thing is basically a piece of crap now that I cannot download any apps!
