How to recover deleted browsing history from Google Chrome

6 14 April 11, 2014 at 04:12 PM
If an item was selectively deleted from the web browsing history is there a way to retreive this from the history or through a Google program?

This may be a save the marriage assist, so I appreciate what you all can do to help me recall deleted web browser history.worship

Ok - got to see the directory and files using : C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\.
Found the history folder and now stumbling.
It seems I'll have to download a file extension to get further along.

Started to feel over my head but will try a couple of things and let your know. Thanks for the help

You double posted, don't double post. Otherwise this sounds like operator error. Teach someone to fish and you won't have to deal with this next time.

Rookie mistake - first attempt at posting. I didn't see how I could delete myself.
Sorry for the pain.

Yeah, I'm also kinda curious how recovering a deleted history item would save a marriage. Normally when people are digging in history it's for the opposite reason.
