I just bought a Dodge Ram and received this in the mail. After submitting my rebate it never asked for any information about the truck so this looks like it can work for anyone. Use at your own risk though.

I bought a jigsaw from Lowes that is on sale right now and used a $10 off $50 coupon. My total after MIR will be $20.

They also have a grinder on sale for $49.99. Find a cheap filler, use the $10 off $50 coupon and that makes the grinder free and you pocket $10 after MIR.

Here's the pdf form which says nothing about buying a truck.

----Submitted original rebate on 5/15/2014. Received $50 prepaid card on 6/16/2014!!----

YOU MUST INCLUDE THE "COMPLETED CERTIFICATE" http://i.imgur.com/JwlvPFW.png

The certificate which says "Promotion Available for In-Store and Online purchases"

"Completed Certificate" = The rebate form needs to be complete in order to be processed.

Some people are saying that the rebate form has some certificate attached to it and that you would need the certificate for the rebate.

They changed the rebate form again.
Now the PDF asks for VIN Number, Dealership Name, Vehicle Purchase Date.
Not sure if it is legal for them to do so.

Did you already get the rebate back?

If multiple people start doing this I would think they would get suspicious.

Just got the offer, mailing it tomorrow. Check the pdf it states nothing about needing to buy a truck and the form you fill out asks nothing about a truck.

When I submitted the form for the 1380 Slim, the mailing address has the following:

Ram Owner $25 Promotion
PO Box 1919
Memphis, TN 38101

But the top still says this:
Robert Bosch Ram Owner $50 (559600A)

ETA: I'll just submit with the PDF copy, very clear any Bosch power tool.

You've got to ask yourself one question:
"Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?

1/4 sheet sander for just under $50 -
http://www.amazon.com/Bosch-1297D...uctDetails
The online submission has a drop down list for selecting the model of Bosch tool you are submitting for, this model is listed. Idk if anything isn't, it's a really long list & I just checked the one thing I wanted.
rebate says to submit 'cash register receipt' - I'm assuming an amazon invoice will work, or does anyone think they're limiting to B&M store purchases? I saw nothing in the t&c about only certain retailers. I guess I just bought an insanely cheap sander, or a grossly overpriced one, depending on if the rebate comes in for me.
Last step of online rebate submission gives the option to 'submit another' - is this unlimited? That would be nuts.

Yep.

Seems like a targeted offer.

The question is whether the agent handling the rebates will (a) notice the goof and (b) if they notice the omission, will they honor the gaffe. Confused

If I had an immediate need for any Bosch tools that would help marginalize the risk.

However, I don't, so I'm not willing to gamble on the rebate being rejected several months down the line.
