It came to our attention this morning that there were outside advertisements that were not supposed to be there. The promotion we were running was exclusive for our loyal Facebook fans. For some reason the code ended up on an outside advertising website and took off in an unexpected manner. We did not expect this to happen which is one of the main reasons on why we had to discontinue the coupon code. We do apologize for any mis-communication or inconvenience caused.
However, to rectify the situation, we are running a huge Amazon deal on July 3rd that is just as great as the promotion we have just ran. You will have another chance to receive an iOttie product at a great price. We will keep you updated and post appropriate links once available. With regards to the shipping delays:
EDIT: Just Received the lengthy response that others received.
Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the inconveience caused
by the delay. The reason it took me time to respond was because you
deserve better than just a template "I am sorry for the inconvenience"
and I wanted to provide you with the most accurate and detailed
information. My supervisor discovered the true issue yesterday
afternoon and explained it to me. This email is an apology, as well as
the truth of what had actually happened with our system.
We had experienced a few internal shipping errors within our
warehouse. The warehouse was out of boxes and never notified us here
at the customer service office. We were viewing the "shipped" status
in our system, so we thought the orders were shipped already.
However, they were only prepared and waiting on the shipping boxes so
USPS could pick them up.
Unfortunately since the shipping label was printed, our system thinks
we already shipped out your order and already sent you its shipping
confirmation page. This was where the mis-communication and errors
developed on our end. Since we thought the orders were shipped, we
assumed it was USPS lagging in their system update. We then asked our
warehouse what was going on and they said USPS could not pick them up
yet. Again we had some mis-communication; we assumed USPS was not
picking them up due to their own logistic errors; although the fact
was that USPS could not pick up the orders since they were not packed
in the shipping boxes.
The only way to see if it finally went out, would be to track it with
the tracking number provided on the original confirmation e-mail. I
apologize again; I know this is unacceptable and it does not make the

fast as we can. Please re-check the tracking on Monday. If the
product still has not shipped please e-mail us so we can find out what
is going on.
Again, I apologize for the inconveience caused. We will be making
internal changes to make sure this does not happen again in the

office from now on.
I know this does not fix our errors, but I assure you that the entire
iOttie, Inc. has learned from this situation and will take new
