This web page [competitor.com] lists some of the exercises the PT folks had me performing last time it cropped up. The lateral/side-to-side leg stretches with the giant rubber bands were easy. They also added front-to-back leg stretches for both legs by attaching one end of the band to a wall hook and the other to each ankle. The PT office was really good about maintaining a balance of front/back/side/side exercises in everything they performed.

Yup. After things resolved last time, I didn't bother doing the stretches anymore. This instance was definitely caused by a long, slow buildup of muscle tension/tightness, which was then triggered by straining my back two weekends ago cleaning out the shed. Ya mean I gotta keep doing this stuff ALL the time, for the rest of my life? EEK!

See that's what I mean...unfortunately things kinda continuously need to be discussed so that everyone's on the same page because feelings change over time. Exclusivity being one of those things that really needs discussion.

I guess I just got really frustrated when I would try to define things and then, after agreeing, the guy wouldn't follow through with the agreed upon stipulations. I'd be like look, I don't want you having sex with anyone else but making out and all the other things are fair game, I just want you to tell me about it afterwards, I'll do the same. If things change, I wanna know from you and not someone else. Then inevitably, he'd sleep with someone, tell me he hadn't been doing anything with anyone and I'd find out from someone else, confront and he'd tell me the truth. It's like come on dude...just be farking honest with me otherwise we can't do this...those were the terms you agreed to. *sigh* I'd always stick to the agreement. It was frustrating.

That, too. Honesty is the key in any type of relationship even if it's just a FWB type thing. That's still a sexual relationship and probably one of the most volatile. That always happened to me, too. I haven't been with a woman who hasn't boldly lied to my face about another relationship with someone else.

I would have never thought after having a fun and super dirty night that it was anything but that
basically, send the boy home with an ice pack and tell him when he recuperates come see me again some time laugh out loud
for him to make it into me wanting something else in his head was just weird to me

When two people have the same attitude and are open to having other relationships with no jealousy or guilt, its not a betrayal. Its fun with no pants on. Theres no lies or judgement.
