Yeah, it would have been nice to know it had already cleared up. I think if I keep stretching things daily and allow the drugs to keep the inflammation down, it will get better, sooner. Of course, once Spring arrives and yardwork resumes, I'll get all the exercise I need again to prevent this stuff.

And just make sure you continue to stretch once we're back to winter and you're no longer yardworking. hug I'm glad it's getting better even if it is slow progress and I still think you need a second heat pad to keep at work. I'm keeping my eye out for deals!
