Good price... but looks like all of the kits that contain the hub are cheaper than buying the components without the hub.

They are probably dumping the tech. Iris also charges a monthly fee for total control.

It is free to use the system, but if you want to use the "magic rules' for home automation it is $10 a month which is still much cheaper then other systems. I don't think they are dumping the tech, Lowes announced that they are coming out with newer hub first quarter 2015.
