Seems like a good deal. The modem is worth around $90, so you are getting the router for $100. The last time they had this bundle, I think it was around $215.

If you are still paying modem fees, this is a good bundle. Also, if you have an older modem / router you might be throttling your speed. I have the same modem, but a slightly older router (ASUS N66) and my speeds went up dramatically from my old setup.

Bought the router alone for this price in December. I have multiple 6141s in use throughout my family to get away from the fees from cable companies, and they've all been rock solid. Same with this Nighthawk. I've had zero issues with it whatsoever. Both the 2.4 and 5ghz sides work great and range is pretty good.

Wish I could see a reason to buy another set!

I've been using this router and modem for a few months now and it's been great. I highly recommend this combo.

I've had this router and modem for about 7 months. The router has excellent range and has not yet required a restart. The is by far the best router I have ever owned. The modem has been restarted one time, but I suspect it was a Comcast issue more than a problem on my end. I paid considerably more. This is a great combo and deal.

Anyone who has this router..

I have it set up in AP mode and I am experiencing a problem where although my devices are connected to the wifi and are receiving the signal, there is random spurts of no internet connectivity.

For example, I will be connected to wifi but when I go to safari there is no internet access. However, If i wait 10-15 mins the problem randomly goes away or simply make change to the router & apply it, the problem goes away.
