I chose ground shipping by Fed Ex , my shipping was $8.08 = $78.03
This is a great blower, i have been using one commercially for 2 yrs now.
Just make sure you use at least 93 octane when mixing gas/oil, and it will run great.
I have been using the Echo semi synthetic oil, 1 small bottle mixes with 2 gallons gas, starts 1st pull every time.
It is also very light.

Description
The Hitachi RB24EAP blower features 23.9cc 1.13hp commercial grade two-stroke engine and is one of the lightest (only 8.6 lbs) and most powerful blowers in its class. With an impressive air volume of 441 CFM and an air velocity of 170 MPH, the RB24EAP delivers excellent debris movement. The exceptional balance and lighter weight make it ideal for small cleanup, while it has the power to handle larger yard work.

Great blower for the $. Make sure you get the "A" grade and not the C grade refurbished units. I am happy with my A from this same deal last year.

Yes, great deal on a great blower.

Make sure there is no gas left in the small lines if it freezes where you are located, or you will need to replace the hoses. Hitachi has a great warranty, but very few service centers, so you don't want to have to ship it unless it is something major...

I wonder if that 40:1 mix I got from the home depot price mistake back in may would work on this.

Had one for years (via Slickdeals), and it started leaking fuel from one of small lines, so I took it in for repair to a local service center. It took a couple weeks, but the service center called to say Hitachi sent a new on instead of fixing it. On top of that, the service center "sold" me the replacement unit for 1ยข so I would have a receipt and my 7-year warranty would start again.

Very happy.

Had mine for 3 years, works flawlessly, starts every time. Use 89 octane ethanol free gas in small engines. Pure Gas will make it last.

I highly recommend this blower. Got a brand new one at sears for $80 on sale 2-3 years ago. It's been great! Starts right up 1-2 pulls.

I would recommend running fuel stabilizer at the least. I run ethanol free gas with stabalizer in mine just to make sure the carb doesn't get gummed up.

I use that in mine. Yea its a tad on the rich side, 40 vs 50:1, but I'm not worried in running it slightly rich.

I bought 12 cases of that stuff, and have sold about 8 cases so far of it on craigslist @ $3/can, tripling my money on that stuff. LMAO
