Dell E310dw Mono Laser Printer 34.99 (see price in cart)

Staples has $20 off your online order of $70 or more when you pay with Visa Checkout

You can get 2 for 50 assuming you find a cheap filler. These would make a nice holiday gift. Or get the printer and something else for 35+ to get a great steal.

If you only want one printer, you could combine it with this chair for 39.99 and get a nice office combo (printer & office chair) for $55.

I just got this. Seems like good deal, considering it is $34.99 for a laser that does duplexing and is wireless.

Also, seems you can use TN-660 cartridges with a slight modification as posted by others in an earlier deal thread on this printer.

:
I bought this printer and generic TN-660 toner. The toners are almost identical, the difference is the Dell toner has a smaller roll catch, the roller is the one on the cartridge that transfers the toner powder to the drum. I put the generic cartridge and it didn't print at all. I disassemble the ends, switch catch-gear and covers and now is working! I took pictures but I don't know if I can post them here.

I was able to make the brother TN-660 cartridge work in my Dell E310DW with Camucho's technique. I ordered a new, aftermarket TN-660 cartridge for $10 from monoprice.

When it arrived I put the Dell cartridge and the Tn-660 side-by-side and unscrewed the 3 screws at the end of the cartridge on both of them. I had to loosen a tab and then the cover easily popped off. Then I swapped the smaller drive gear from the Dell cartridge to the TN-660. The Dell didn't have a "counter" gear at the other side of their cartridge, so I took it off the Tn-660. Then I had to swap the gear covers between the 2.

It was a simple process and I was up and running in 5 minutes. Simply swap 2 gears and the gear covers, and you are good to go. Saved $50 over a OEM cartridge. I would have posted a pic, but SD doesn't allow it in hot deals forums.

Does this printer come with a full toner cartridge, or just something like a starter cartridge? Because it seems like it would be cheaper buying this for black copies vs using my inkjet and buying $25 cartridges to print out about 100 pages before it runs out.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I cannot seem to get the $20 off even if my total before tax is $70+. I selected Visa checkout instead of the Credit Card tab and I still don't see the $20 off.

In for one and the chair. This is my 5th printer because I keep looking for one that will actually reliably print from tablets and chromebooks (ok and I couldn't resist the really cheap Pantum I got). Anybody have suggestions for reliable for computer but not tablet/chromebook lasers? Assume community theater production of Office Space is out.

In our house we have no REAL need for a color printer.
We started with pin printer, moved on to ink jet (SO expensive to feed), and then a b/w laser.
We NEVER looked back.
The Brother we use and the Meritline/Newegg generics ($11 a pop) have saved us a fortune. NEED a color print? I ask my neighbor.
I never think twice about printing lots of 'stuff'.

Try Firefox as it did not work on Chrome for me.
