Does anyone currently have Xfinity Home Security and actually like it or have any good thing s to say about it? I'm sure I can find a lot of anti-comcast/Xfinity info out there but I wanted to know if anyone is happy with their security service from Xfinity.

Also, how is the quality of the equipment they include with the packages (cameras, sensors, etc.)?

One last the installers give you crap when you want to use any equipment that you have (and is compatible with their system)? Like maybe always saying no it won't work because they want to sell you their equipment?

Thanks in advance.

I honestly don't like Xfinity that much. I was with them for a couple months and I don't think that they are worth it. They just keep trying to take people's money. That being said, I switched to Frontier, and they did offer the same thing but I didn't get it. I just didn't think that it was that necessary.

There are so many security systems companies out there. You should go check them out.

Let's leave the cable to the cable guys, and the alarm monitoring to the security professionals! I know that you are looking for positive feedback, however, I actually work for an alarm monitoring station(will not disclose the name, as I am not trying to advertise, just advise), and I know the industry. I have seen the comcast layout...most of it is automated. I don't know about you, but I would feel safer with a live person checking in on me. Good Luck!
