How to Enter the Sweepstakes:
(i) Enter Via Text Message: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may begin the entry process by texting the Code from a Game Piece with an NFL team helmet to 84567.
(ii) Enter at Website: http://www.playatmcd.c
Each 10-digit Code that you text to the Short Code (84567) or enter at the Website (PlayatMcD.com) is automatically associated with the NFL team helmet shown on that Game Piece. (The 11-digit codes found on Instant Win Food Prize Game Pieces and Instant Win $50 Cash Prize Game Pieces are for Sponsor's internal use during the redemption process and are not valid for Sweepstakes Entry.) There are a total of thirty-two (32) NFL teams and each week on NBC Sunday Night Football ("Sunday Night Football"), one team, for the purposes of this promotion only, called the lucky team ("Lucky Team") for the Weekly Entry Period that just ended, will be announced during the NBC Sunday Night Football Pre-Game Show. The announced Lucky Team will be identified by its home city (e.g., Chicago Bears would be identified as Chicago and New York Jets would be identified as New York AFC). Any Code associated with that Weekly Entry Period's Lucky Team that was entered prior to the deadline for the Weekly Entry Period (i.e., on or prior to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the Saturday prior to Sunday Night Football [" Weekly Code Entry Deadline"]) is included in that weekly drawing for a chance to win Prizes, and if any such Code is not selected to win a Sweepstakes Prize for that Weekly Entry Period, it will remain eligible for any subsequent remaining Weekly Entry Period drawings (should the team associated with such Code again be chosen as the Lucky Team for a later Weekly Entry Period, if any) and the drawing for the Final Drawing Entry Period. Any Code that is not associated with the Lucky Team will not be included in that week's Sweepstakes Prize drawing.
How to Obtain a Game Piece and Code.
A. Game Pieces are available by purchasing one of the following select menu items (where available): McMuffin® sandwiches (excludes Sausage McMuffin® sandwich), Biscuit sandwiches (excludes Sausage Biscuit sandwich), Hash Browns, Large Fries, Big Mac ® sandwich, Filet-O-Fish® sandwich, Medium Fountain Beverages, 10-piece Chicken McNuggets® and 20-piece Chicken McNuggets® (where available). Where the 20-piece Chicken McNuggets box is available, a Participant will receive two (2) Game Pieces. If a 20-piece box is not available, the Participant will receive two (2) 10-piece boxes, each with one (1) Game Piece.
B. A Participant can request a Game Piece (some of which may include a Code) without purchasing a menu item at a participating McDonald's restaurant by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state and ZIP or postal code to: McDonald's Game Time Gold GamePiece Request, P.O. Box 49268, Strongsville, OH 44149-0268. Two (2) Game Pieces will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules. Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor's street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than October 20, 2015, and no later than November 30, 2015, and received by Sponsor no later than December 7, 2015.
