seller refurbed by cortex. http://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-G-Pad-...958882846?

factory REFURB $50 http://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-G-Pad-...297535062?

LIKE NEW condition UPDATED 11/13 http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-LG-G-...297533291? (DEAD)

LG LK430 LTE [/B]TAB WHT - LIKE NEW, NOT NEW - mine was mint so I have zero issues with the seller's wording. Be sure and buy during the week long LTE promo. Keep checking back, this deal changes sellers often. Use LTE or just wifi, don't think it supports 3g but Spark LTE is blazing fast.

Previous deal https://slickdeals.net/f/8087018-lg-g-pad-7-wi-fi-sprint-4g-lte-tablet-62-via-ebay everyone got a new Sprint sim included despite the sellers denial. UPDATE, a few are reporting SIM is NOT INCLUDED in current deal. Previous deal had a SIMGLW216R sim included.
And yes it can be activated on Ringplus but it's not sanctioned so some risk. Check previous deal about SIP over R+ to register calls and solicit ads.

"New other" condition LTE tablets sold by ebay seller sellercortex can have a problem getting activated. Sprint checked the MEID for tablet I received and said it was already assigned to an account. Ringplus and ting ESN checks also failed saying that there's an unpaid balance on the device.

^only one instance of tablet being used and activated sold as New Other. Most were shipped with clean SIM, a few shipped without sim. However you can order LG device compatible sim(CZ2012LWR) for $14 and shipped from https://ting.com/shop/microsim within a week.
.......................................................................................

Mine came with no sim. I ordered last Monday from Florida where I live so tax here because it shipped from FL...I will add it was brand new in white box. Boost sim did the trick Smilie

Any suggestions for free LTE data for this thing or is Freedompop the only way to go?

No go on Freedompop. I have a free gig on R+ Future plan, just swapped it out with a old placeholder. I don't use it much, just nice to have for emergency, I don't want to abuse the offer. One bar of LTE will get me 5-8Mbps in my remote location. Maybe 50Mbps downtown.

Wish you would have included Certified Pre-Owned in your title. Seems shady to omit that. It matters to some, regardless of you getting one in mint condition. Thanks for posting anyway. Not TD'ing.

I bought mine a few weeks ago looks new, came with SIM. Activated last night on R+, no issues.

Bought a V400 tempered glass screen protector on eBay, least expensive I could find. Came from China in about 2 weeks. Does not fit completely flush, as the protector is slightly longer so a couple of large bubbles two end corners, but covers the necessary area and fits in the case.

Bought this case specifically for the LK430. Fits great. Using Kids Shell app for a kids tablet.

Also using this G.SKILL 64GB microSDXC Flash Card Model FF-TSDXC64GA-U1 from a previous Newegg deal.

Can it be unlocked from sprint and use it outside US for other carriers?

Got one before on the new deal on eBay a few weeks ago. This isn't a 'fast' tablet by any means but its functional. I like having LTE data (free from R+ Thanks!) as a backup option.

I think this one is better. At least more RAM and faster CPU.

Will ringplus work with tablets. I thought they shut your account down if you don't listen to their advertisements during outgoing calls.

Running a SIP client allows you to make VOIP calls over Wifi or LTE. I have made a few calls this way and it works. No telling how long they will let it stay active but it 'works' for now.

I have a question. I have a nexus 5 phone with freedompop. Can I use that sim card and put it on this tablet and it will work? Can I use the sim card from this tablet and would activate on my nexus 5 with R+? Thanks.
