It looks like the rare pieces are as follows:
Starbucks for life: the Bell;
Starbucks for a year: the Ornament;
Starbucks for a month: the Candy Cane;
Starbucks for a week: the Cherries.
Server Error / Login Problems:
Looks like it's caused by using multiple accounts or logging in/out too many times too quickly. Change your IP address or wait an hour or so. Try logging in in a private browsing / incognito window. It's not a ban, just some crappy security feature they've got.

For all Collect and Win Game Prizes: Prizes will be loaded to winners' accounts on March 1, 2016. Starbucks Evenings menu items excluded. Winner must present a Starbucks Card registered to their account to redeem the free food or beverage item. Credits are non-transferable and expire within 24 hours. Starbucks for Life winner will also receive a limited edition, artisan crafted Starbucks Card with premium carrier. Winner must have a Starbucks Account and the limited edition card will be registered to the winner's account. Unused daily credits will expire at 11:59 p.m. PT of each day and will not accumulate in the winner's account.
Winner will be responsible for income tax based on the retail price of the items that are redeemed and will receive an annual IRS Form 1099. Odds of winning the Collect and Win Game Prize depend on the number of times entrants play and the Game Pieces distributed. Starbucks Card and Starbucks Account terms and conditions apply.
