Wifi calling is available on straight talk

I just saw this on my straight talk account.

If your phone and SIM are Wi-Fi capable and
Wi-Fi calling is enabled on your phone (I guess a T-Mobile phone ?) and
if you register an E-911 address to the phone then you can follow the link below to get the Wifi calling enabled.

I have it enabled on AT&T, but I can't work out what they mean by the below statement. Is it free to call domestic over Wifi or not?

Calling

• You can make and receive domestic calls within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands with no additional charge.

I guess it is free. I'm at work, don't have wi-fi, will try at home and update. I do have a t-mobile Lg G3 so I guess it must work on my phone.

It says in the small print it only switches to Wifi when little or no network service is available. This leads me to think that it will cost the same as a regular call, just no "addional" charges for using Wifi. Crap

You mean it won't cost anything, since regular calling is unlimited already over the network. So it's kinda useless, unless your using the crappy TMo network.

That's true. I also initially thought that T mobile WiFi is free on my pre paid IPhone 5s but soon realized that they are deducting the minutes from my plan even for WiFi calling.

How do you have wifi-calling enabled on AT&T ? My note 4 with AT&T does not have wifi calling and the AT&T store rep said AT&T does not support wifi calling. I have no network for AT&T at home or at work. One of my friends who lives on the other side of the country had the same problem and ended up getting the AT&T microcell ..

Edit : Nevermind , dumba**es enabled it for ios9 only
