Just reposting this for first quarter 2016 with new link:

Las Vegas MGM Resorts Hotels up to $200 Resort Credit Royal Offer
The exact same offer as the previous ones, but extends until end of March for most of the hotels. However, the terms are fixed now.

http://www.mgmresorts.com/RoyalOffer2016/

You must be a member of Crown & Anchor Society (Royal Caribbean) Loyalty program. From my understanding, you must have cruised with them in the past to be able to actually sign up, unless someone knows a workaround.

If you are actually able to sign up, remember to do multiple reservations under different names and combine reservations when you check in to take advantage of the promo.

Honestly though, I doubt they'd really check. I'm sure someone could randomly print out something and the front desk guys wouldn't even know. That or tip them a $20.

For everyone else who can't take advantage of this promo or if you need dates beyond March 31st, try:

Will they be checking for memberships at check-in? This would be $30 cheaper than my booking through expedia not counting the $150 room credit at The Signature.

I know a few people who have used this deal and didn't have membership. Don't think anyone checks or cares. You should never book expedia anyways, cheaper to book with promo codes.

Going through the mycheapvegas link generated the same price for me as the Royal offer. Maybe I'm doing it wrong...

*Edit - Oh I see, this is for resort credit that does not reduce the room rate. Booked and received the $150 credit - thanks OP.

I did this a couple years ago and wasn't asked for proof of anything at any point during booking or check-in. Things could've changed, but I doubt it.

There are great deals to be had here. Many nights at Aria are $99. Many at Luxor $28 - $38. Taxes and resort fees are killer, but if you're going to Vegas anyway, you may as well get a few free meals and/or a show out of the deal with these resort credits. Thanks, OP...

You can enroll for the Crown & Anchor Society Loyalty program for free through their website without any history of cruising with Royal Caribbean.

I got expedia to price match the base price and saved myself $60 (don't care for the room credit.) Plus I got a $50 voucher to use on a future booking. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. So do I get the credits during checkin or you get them before checkin. I would like to use them for purchasing all day buffets for the same day I am checkin Checkin is usually in afternoon can I use it since morning?

I used this promo this past November at the MGM grand signature. Everything worked as expected without any hassles.
The credit is good to anything you can charge to your room. That includes any food or entertainment options at any of the mlife properties. I used my $150 credit for 2 tickets to a show.

The credit can't be used to pay for the room though.

Rooms can be pretty cheap, MGM rooms are as low as $60 or so. Remember that room rates don't include the resort fees of about $30/night. However I was able to have those waived for my stay. They sent me a survey after my stay and I pointed out some of the issues I had (loud construction early in the morning, slow internet, and a minor security issue I observed) and they quickly waived the $36/night resort fees for all 3 days I stayed.

They never asked about the royal Caribbean membership. But it is free and easy to set up an account anyway, so might as well in case they actually do check in the future.

Overall, is a pretty good deal if you want to visit Vegas

By multiple reservations, do you mean 2 people can book 1 room each and get credits each. During checkin we can ask to combine and pay for 1 room?

I had a friend who used his unused resort credits to pay for the resort fee

Combine into a 4 night stay. I've stayed at Vegas once for 4 nights, it was terrible, lost too much money lol

When does one get the credits after the booking is done. During checkin?
