Home Depot now has 4-Pack Philips Daylight 5000K LED Light Bulbs $10.37 (60W equivalent). My local store had plenty of these today. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Philip.../206557595

The soft white version of this LED bulb was front page a few months ago in a 2 pack for $4.97. My Home Depot now has a "few" of these soft white 2-pack for $4.50. I've been very happy with the soft white version but have not tried the Daylight bulbs yet.

Good price. I think 5k outdoors may attract more bugs though. What do you experience? It's a nondimmable bulb, great for utility closet , attics, ect .

The "soft white" version that I bought did not buzz. I bought 4 of them.

I have tons of the soft white ones, none buzz and all have good light dispersement. This is the normal price for these at Home Depot now, BTW...so although its a good value and a recommended product I'm not sure if it warrants being called a 'slick' deal on a permanent price drop.
