Has anyone chargeback Groupon for merchandise not received?

I bought a magazine subscription from Groupon and it was supposed to be delivered within 14 weeks but I never got it. I e-mailed to the magazine company two weeks ago but I got no reply and they don't have a customer service phone#.
I haven't contacted Groupon but they had "No Returns" on the product page.
I used a Citi bank Visa card for this purchase and thinking about contacting them for a chargeback. I filed a few chargebacks on my Amex credit card account before and they always sided with me even for a rebate check not received. I'm not sure how Citi bank is doing for credit card customers.

But seriously I would f&cking scream at groupon to give your money back. Write down each and everyone of the mother f&ck ers you talk to and then if they won't refund then call visa and ask for your money back.
