2016 ACDelco Garage Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game - 3/3/17

ELIGIBILITY: THE PROMOTION IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN STATES WHERE THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IS GREATER THAN EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE, SUCH LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY ("ENTRANT"). BEGINS ON FEBRUARY 16, 2016 at 12:00 A.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME ("ET") AND ENDS ON JANUARY 3, 2017, AT 11:59:59 P.M. ET ("PROMOTIONAL PERIOD").

TIMING: There are three parts to the Promotion:
A.) a Sweepstakes
B.) a Weekly Instant Win Game and
C.) a Daily Instant Win Game.
The Promotional Period will include three (3) separate Sweepstakes Entry Periods (Each an "Entry Period") as follows:
Sweepstakes Entry Period Begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on Ends at 11:59:59 p.m.
1 - 2/16/2016 6/30/2016
2 - 7/01/2016 9/30/2016
3 - 10/01/2016 12/31/2016

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Promotional Period, an eligible Entrant must the website www.acdelcogarage.com (the "Website") , and follow the on-screen prompts to the Promotion where he/she must enter his/her valid e-mail address. If it is the Entrant's first visit to the Website, then he/she must complete and submit the registration form by providing the information requested by Sponsor including, but not limited to: complete first and last name, street address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), city, state, ZIP Code, and indication of acceptance of these Official Rules. Upon completion of the registration, the Entrant will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Entry Period. Non-winning Entries will automatically roll over into subsequent Entry Periods.

Limit of one (1) Weekly Instant Win prize and one (1) Daily Instant Win Prize per person and per email address.

Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and up to two Bonus Sweepstakes Entries per person and/or email address for the entire Promotional Period.

How to receive bonus Sweepstakes entries: In addition to the entry method described above, after an Entrant has completed a Game Play, he or she may follow the instructions on the Website to invite other people to participate in the Promotion on his or her own Facebook wall, which will include posting a unique link generated by the Website share function ("Invitation Post"). Once the Entrant has completed their Game Play, an Entrant will see an option to "Share" and/or "Challenge" via buttons on the website. Upon clicking either the Share or Challenge buttons, a pre-populated Invitation Post will be published to the Entrant's Facebook wall. If the Entrant clicks the Share button, the Invitation Post will invite others to enter the Sweepstakes ("Share Post"). If the Entrant clicks the Challenge button, an Invitation Post will invite others to participate in a beat the Entrant's Game Play score challenge ("Challenge Post"). The score in the game will have no effect on an Entrant's ability to enter or chance to win. To Share or Challenge a Friend, the Entrant must have a pre-existing relationship with the friend. An Entrant will receive up to one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry for the first person to click on the unique link in an Entrant's Share Post and subsequently successfully registers for the Promotion and up to one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry for the first person to click on the unique link in an Entrant's Challenge Post and subsequently successfully registers for the Promotion ("Bonus Entry" or "Entries"). All Bonus Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process are disqualified and void. There is a limit of two (2) total Bonus Entries during the entire Promotional Period. In order to obtain the Bonus Entries, an Entrant must have a Facebook account, which is free to create.

PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPOXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be two Sweepstakes Winner's for each Sweepstake's Entry Period, for a total of six (6) Sweepstakes Winners for the entire Promotion. Each Sweepstakes Entry Period Winner's will have their choice between two (2) different smart watches for a total of six (6) prizes for the entire Promotion.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $349.99

Instant Prizes: Forty-six (46) Weekly Instant Win Prizes (one (1) per Weekly Instant Prize Period) random, computer-generated winning times, one for each Weekly Instant Prize listed below, will be generated during the Promotional Period. In addition, one hundred (100) (one (1) per each Daily Instant Prize Period) random, computer generated wining times, one for each Daily Instant Prize listed below, will be generated during the period commencing on May 11, 2016, at 12:00 AM ET through August 19, 2016, 11:59:59 P.M. ET. If you are the first player to play the Instant Win Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated. The following "Instant Prizes" will be available during the Promotion Period:

Weekly Instant Win First Prizes (46, 1 per Week):
Total ARV of all forty-six (46) Weekly Instant Prizes: $ 6,514.03.
B. Daily Instant Win Prizes (100, 1 per Day): Each Daily Instant Win prize is a one (1) one hundred dollar ($100.00) ACDelco Gift Card. Total ARV of Daily Instant Win Prizes: $10,000.00.
