NO external SD slot and removable battery? You might as well boycott Apple too.
Nope!

Boycutting Samsung until it brings back the MicroSD card and allows rooting. That's why people wanted Android and created the Samsung monster profit maker in a couple of years time. Because android was open, sort of, and let you copy files and tether , so people were willing to let Google track every movement, every word whispered or typed in or around the vicinity of an Android phone and let Google listen to and record forever even their farts in the bathroom too, and the voice of those around them who don't even have Android phones. Because of limited computer like capabilities people, including myself, even put up with typical standard Android 0.5sec java lag, piss poor battery life and forceclosing apps. If OS is not open to fully root, then why not get an iPhone, specially with limited 32GB memory. That's nuts having to pay so much and constantly suffer from lack of space on the phone.

the note5 has a lot more to offer then a run-of-the-mill locked down android phone. still i agree about the battery/msd, but i wouldnt get an iphone because i think iOS is junk.

If you read the reviews for Best Buy refurbished phones in general, you will get lots of comments about how badly beaten up the phones are. Others say they were like new. So it is really a lottery. The good thing is that returning is really easy, so if you get a beaten up one, it will just cost you some time.

I'm wondering if this is worth buying, shipping/picking up at a Bestbuy store. Once it gets there, view the product while in store and if you don't like it, return it right then and there.

The other good thing is that you can fiance the phone with your BB card if you have already have one.
