On the contrary this was one of the best phones that I had, no problems with it at all. I currently have a Note 5 and still prefer the Note 4 over it.

I'm not sure which version of the Note 4 you had, I've had the T mobile Note 4 (SM-N910T) for a while with excellent battery life no shut down issues at all, 3 of my co workers have the same T mobile phone without any issues, I actually decided to buy the Note 4 because the recommendations from them, so far I'm very happy with it.

Maybe they keep giving you refurbished phones or I don't know, I'm just sharing what I experienced so far with my Note 4

Can I get this unlocked from AT&T site or is that just for GoPhones?

Link works. Would rather buy a cell phone direct from carrier or Samsung though. EBay sketches me out with stuff like this.

I don't usually comment on things, but I need to on this. The Note 4 was the worst phone I've ever owned. Horrible battery life and it would power off on me repeatedly. I went through 3 of these phones with US Cellular before they traded me up to a Note 5.

Buyer beware.

You should be able to. I just unlocked my Moto X over the weekend that I got from Best Buy, and it wasn't sold as a GoPhone.

Is the Verizon version unlocked and can be used with T-Mobile?

I have this phone and love it. However I am not sure 320 is a good price for a 1.5 years phone is a good deal when newer phones like lg g4 are available at 300...

My wife has the phone, she has absolutely no issues and gets about 7hrs of screen on time.

I guess everyone has different experience.

I am considering getting Note 4 and selling my Moto X pure. Yes, Moto X is faster phone, but Note 4 has features that I really like the S-pen (allows "hover over" that some of the websites I visit uses - BAD design, but hey...), replaceable battery, long battery life OLED screen, slim profile (my curved back Moto X Pure does not fit in many of the car docks because of the bulge in the back), better (IMHO) camera (MXP has higher resolution, but I feel that the photo taken with Note 4 is slightly better, and the Camera app on Note 4 allows far better control than MXP). Battery lasts MUCH longer than MXP (I barely get around 4 hr of SOT)
