20% restocking fee. but does have HDMI and USB3
That is an excellent price. Very barebones laptop; CPU is at least better than an Atom (it's a very low-end Broadwell, Passmark 1696 vs N2840 example @ 1052.) Screen is standard low-res 1366.

But it will work just fine for MS Office or browsing the web or watching videos. And it's simply great for the price.

Good find, OP.

PS > Swap in a cheap SSD, IMO.

Is it is CPU upgradable? I know some laptops are.. I prefer getting Pentium or higher
EDIT

Not to thread crap but this is a very slow lappy. Here's a link on Amazon. Sort from newest reviews.

In my opinion if you're looking for something to browse the web and videos go with a Chromebook, especially at this price point.

EDIT: Realized the processor is different in the link I provided. Not sure how this one compares.

Great price for a new, not refurbished, laptop.

I paid $240 for my Lenovo laptop 3-4 years ago that I barely use. The key here is the 4GB of RAM that should be all you need, and the pentium processor. Not the atom or some other fake me out dual core that moves like a slug.

ResidentPony- I'm thinking good for kids? One in elementary one in middle. what do you think? I was looking at chromebooks but maybe this is better because it is a bigger screen for them.
