37mm is quite small for most wrists.

Nice durable watches. Love automatics, cheap enough to afford more than one, fine for the average wrist. I have three of the four and bought them all on sale a little cheaper than this. At $50.00 this a great value.

I have been looking at this exact watch. I don't know if the eBay sale has a warranty or anything. For 7 bucks more you can deal with Amazon and have easy returns as the watch does have some issues with duds that die within a year (or even earlier). It is probably one of the best automatic watches you could buy for sub 100 bucks, but it does come with its potential problems.

Just be careful with these seikos as I have one in green and once I adjusted the time back an hour due to DST, and it never works right again as it speeds about 10 minutes a day very annoying... cheap yes, but?!

These have been cheaper but not by much. I've seen as low as $30 but are more commonly around $40. I accidently dropped mine on a hard counter when taking it off, and even though it only fell about 1 inch, that caused the second hand to pop off so I returned it. Still waiting on another cheaper deal to replace it. Other than that it wasn't too bad, it lost about 5 seconds a day.

And I found the 37mm size perfect for my wrist. I hate those anything over 40mm, just to big and looks silly to me. I've been wearing my 35mm HMT Pilot lately.

So quality seems to be a bit unreliable?

For the most part they are good. From what I remember reading there is less that is hand assembled than other Seikos made in Japan (these are mass produced in Malaysia). They're still known to be very robust and could easily go 20 years without being serviced.

Have one and its my goto beater watch. Love the little thing, its not very big by todays standards of 50mm watches but its a great automatic.

Great looking watch, just too small. A good size for me personally is like around 43mm.

The problem with this automatic watch for me is if you don't wear it everyday it will stop and you have to be bothered with resetting it

Same. I am a taller guy (6' and change), but wrists are very thin (I think my wife has thicker wrists than I do). I have a 37.4 mm on right now and it is nearly perfect for my wrist. If you have thin/small wrists 35-39 is definitely the way to go.

You can get a watch winder or even DIY one yourself. I know it really isn't ideal for a 50 dollar watch, but you can get one.

Nice watch and perfect for my teenage boys (want to train them to be responsible and appreciate for mechanical watches). The same seller is also selling on Amazon [amazon.com] with good reviews (Discount Watch Store, based in CT), though about $10 more. Considering $10 + tax is almost 25% more, I bought two from eBay. Thank you!
