Been looking for this on sale for awhile - perfect to get now before summer...seems like a 1-day sale.

Too bad they didn't team up with Vornado room circulator fans.

The battery. 18v 24Wh battery will run at least $40 easy.

You can choose to pay $20 more for other [homedepot.com] brands [homedepot.com] without spray pump, battery or charger.

ADD: for conversion to corded operation, a 15-21VDC, 1A (or more) DC power source should do as the fan is a low powered device and 15-21V is the typical working voltage of a 18V battery, NiCd or Li-Ion. A spare laptop power supply of around 19V output works well.

Hm, looks good. But I wish Ryobi made some kinda pass-through cable for their batteries to convert stuff like this to corded use.

it looks to be the same capacity of the ryobi 4-pack for $100 battery. (1.33AH) ryboi and arctic cove batteries are interchangeable

not quite so sure that a 120 V power cord and a device that sprays misted water is a great combination. Just sayin.

I picked one of these up last summer for $80 at my local HD. Solid buy overall and works great for the hot summer days. TU
