HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

(a) Instant-Win Game: Two (2) Game Codes are required to play for a chance to win an Instant-Win Prize. To obtain Game Codes, purchase specially-marked bags of LAY'S® brand potato chips and look for the unique code located on the back panel of each bag ("Game Code").

To obtain two (2) Game Codes without making a purchase, send a 3" x 5" card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code and email address to be received by July 5, 2016 to: Lay's Summer Moments Free Code Request, PO Box 760025, Dept. 880-762, El Paso, TX 88576-0025. Limit one (1) free Game Code request (for 2 Game Codes) per stamped-outer envelope. Two (2) Game Codes will be emailed to the email address listed on the 3" x 5" card.

Next, visit www.lays.com and follow the online instructions to input your two (2) Game Codes, create a customized bag, and submit your request ("Play"). Entrants submitting a Play will receive a digital customized bag. Instant-Win Prizes and/or digital customized bags are subject to moderation filters for profanity, pornography, and other offensive content. If a customized bag creation is deemed inappropriate by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, an Instant-Win Prize (if any) and/or digital customized bag will be forfeited. If your computer screen displays a prize-winning message, you are a potential winner of an Instant-Win Prize (subject to verification). If your computer screen does not display a prize-winning message, you are not a winner of an Instant-Win Prize. You do not have to create a customized bag or participate in the Instant-Win Game in order to enter the Sweepstakes.

(b) Sweepstakes: During the Promotion Period, visit www.lays.com and follow the online instructions to complete the registration form to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding Entry Period's random drawing. Limit five (5) entries per person/email address per day.

Sweepstakes Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date from among all eligible entries received for the corresponding Entry Period (each an "Entry Period Drawing"). Entries will carry forward to subsequent Entry Period Drawings.
