I have booked with Europeandestinations most of my trips and they have been excellent. Whenever I had issues with my trips they have responded promptly and professionally. I love the multiple cities options and the prices can not be beat.

For China I have used chinaspree and I have always wandered how they make money with such low prices and excellent service.

I trust them 100 x 100 because they are responsible.
Last trip I booked with them, was the combination "Morocco – Lisbon" and I loved it.

Other suggestions:

Prague – Saint Petersburg" (Visa required for Russia).
London - Paris - Barcelona
Morroco – Madrid
Switzerland – Austria

Thanks for the quick response. I'm actually booking a trip with them to Spain today, and I wanted some "real" feedback since all the other reviews online were so mixed. The prices are almost too good to be true. I could probably beat the price if I booked everything separately, but that would take a lot of time.

If you wouldn't mind, report back with a review after your get back? How the booking process was and how things went..!

Sounds exciting - please do keep us informed on the quality of their offerings.

If you don't mind me asking, where are you visiting in Spain?

I'm planning on going to Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona.

Quick update. By the time I got off work and tried to book the trip the flight went up $300. I found another flight that had a day layover in Dublin that left a day earlier for roughly the same price. I was able to book that amount at the quoted amount on the website. After I booked I immediately got an email with my itinerary from them. However, the email says I have to wait 3 days for everything to be "confirmed." They provided a link where I can check the status. It looks like everything is confirmed except for the trains between locations.

A couple hours after I booked it they emailed me saying I have a long layover, and provided more expensive plane options (including the one which increase by $300). I told my story and asked if they could give me the original flight at the same price (long shot I know). A few hours later they responded and said they couldn't so I told them I was fine with the flight I booked.

The response rate for emails is several hours to almost 8 hours. A lot of the comments I read about this site was slow responses, and them changing the rates after you book the trip. I'll keep you posted on how long it takes to finalize the trip, and be able to print the vouchers.

I got back from my trip. Overall it was a great trip. I had no real issues with my trip. Everything was booked and confirmed. A couple things to look out for though.

1) Read the rating for all the hotels. We ended up switching one do to the poor reviews. We paid a little more, but the hotel was awesome. The other hotel had decent reviews, and we kept it, but I wish I would have changed it. The hotel was dirty and small. The bathrooms looked like they weren't cleaned and there was still hair on the pillows.

2) pay close attention to where your hotel is relative to public transportation if you are going to use it. I booked with a travel agent cause I didn't have the time to do the research this time. Going from the train or airport to the hotels included at least 1 transfer to another train. Which when you are carrying luggage is a pain.

3) They get great hotel rates that I couldn't have beaten on my own, but they weren't in the city center. They were more on the outskirts of the city center which added to travel time.

4) I have no idea why, but this was the most irritating part of it. I picked my seats with the travel agent, but when Aer Lingus (who I would never fly again. They are just horrible. I could have another list of things I didn't like about them, but in short consider them the spirit airlines of international travel). Didn't recognize the seats and stuck us in the middle seats for an international flight. The travel agent was no help in resolving this, and Aer Lingus said we would have to try to change them at the airport. We weren't able to change them because the flight was full.

5) pay close attention to the train times. We had a train time at 3pm, but had to check out of our hotel at noon. Since they were fully booked we couldn't get a late checkout. We also couldn't change the train times since it was booked through a travel agent. Basically, killed half a day for our trip.

I probably wouldn't use them again. I've backpacked several times in Europe doing the research myself, and I've been much happier with the results. It was more a convenience factor this time.
