I think they brew coffee at least through the whole morning, right? Not sure what supplies may run out if they're stocked for mornings (or even all day), unless they designate a limited number of carafe/dispenser refills per day. I'll try this on my way to work this month...

The coffee is always empty at the panera close to me and they act like its no big deal that you have to wait 10 mins for them to brew a new batch. I used to eat at panera all the time, but their arrogance has really turned me off. They act like they are doing you a favor by charging you $10 for a half a sandwich and soup. The soups are all premade and come in a bag. So does their mac n cheese. For the price you pay for 4 people, you can get 3-4 pizza pies. Just a matter of time before panera gets chipotled.

I'm surprised they're doing this after all the free bagels I got in the month of April. :-) Hahaha! I just checked my account and it says I have no rewards until I make 3 visits. I guess all those free visits in April didn't count. I would have bought more than the free bagels during April, but they angered me the first day by charging me about $1 for a small container of cream cheese.

They had free month of coffee last September. If you like iced coffee without the watered down taste, this is it! I add about 3x cream and sweeteners. they don't run out of it on the floor because they prepare behind the counter

I'm always amazed that an offer of something free can turn into a lengthy, pointless, boring coot-rant

Just FYI, these are targeted and hit different people on different months.

If Panera was smart, they would offer this deal to ALL reward members. Chances are when you go in for a free coffee you will purchase a sweet roll to go with it - especially if you are bringing in your computer to take advantage of their free WIFI to get some much needed work done.

I like to bring my camp stove and stuffed animals in with me. That way, while I'm taking up a 4 person table all day with my laptop, I can make smores and annoy paying customers by using all the extra chairs for my fuzzy friends. It seems to keep the other people who are actually there to eat from coming near my quadrant.

They did have a bad attitude the first time or two that I went. Then I filled out an online survey and they were sweet as pie after that. One evening they didn't have the asiago cheese bagel that I had ordered in advance. They offered me any pastry in the store! I never thought those surveys were worth anything, but in this case I think it had an impact.

Yeah their customer service go down when you face them with issues. I've had issue couple of times due to invalid Gift Card. I was basically talking to a wall and they kept saying "Please call the corporate number". I eventually called them but it was very irritating the way they express how to resolve the issue.
