Just leased a 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid with the NAV. MSRP was around $30500. Lease payment before taxes are $245/month with $1 due at signing. 12K per year, 36 months. Residual $195xx. I rolled the $1200 acquisition fees, taxes, tags, docs fees into the lease. Interest was .9%

Selling price of car was about $26500, about $4K off sticker

Please don't complaint if you don't like or understand lease.

I'm in the market for something similar. Mind sharing what dealership you got this deal at? I would assume it's available at all Toyota dealerships, but I may be wrong? I'm also in MA.

I started with Bloch south in south mass, ended up getting it at expressway Toyota, just be careful with the extra fees with them. Make sure u avoid the auto protection and gap insurance from your lease

Not trying to hijack the thread but I recently got a quote for GLA 250 for 299$ with 0 down ... .So leasing is region specific and not everybody will be able to replicate it.

leases suck the big one, you're over the barrel. Buy it outright! they'll treat you like you're in bootcamp, tell you when to crap and eat. like oil change and mileage caps bs.
Please learn how lease works. Toyota offers lease cash of $500 you don't get the $500 rebate if you take the 0% financing, so add the $500 against the $650 lease acquisition cost. I essentially get to decide what I want to do with the car for $150 and I get to keep all my down payment on my pocket. Do not put any money down toward the lease

I would also want to add if you get it without the nav, you probably save about $10 a month. My car had the nav and the roof rack rail
It is definitely regional. I can't do it in California as there is a waiting list on them. New Jersey should be close to mass, you just have to find a dealer that will tangle. I would look for a dealer that has your car in stock and try not to have trades in the mix

cossie I sell leases and it's much better to just buy because if you don't do as said they'll hit you with a ton of fees at the end

I just got a sonata for $199 a month for 15k miles, not a super deal but decent, on a car that I like. Now I need to upgrade my other car, my 2013 Altima, and I'm in the market for an SUV

Lease terms can be found on the Edmund's forums. There are separate lease forums for just about any car. They'll provide rebates, residual and money factor for your particular region.

I just got a got a great deal on a lease for a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid EX. $33k MSRP paying 190/month including sales tax for 24 months 15k miles a year. Only first payment due at signing. Residual of $16,300
