Heineken Live Your Music Sweepstakes & Instant Win ~ 8/24/16

Promotion period begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on June 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on August 24, 2016.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding residents of New Jersey who have a valid social security or tax ID number, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old, and who have a valid email account at the time of entry.

Upon properly completion and successful submission of the registration form, an eligible Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Game Play winner or non-winner message.

Entrant may also receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes Entry by watching a 30 second video at the end of the completion of the registration form and one (1) additional Sweepstakes Entry by answering three (3) multiple choice questions, for the total of up to two (2) bonus Sweepstakes Entries during the Promotion Period ("Bonus Entries"). There are no correct or incorrect answers.

Each Entrant is eligible to submit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and (1) Game Play per day per person, for the total of eighty-five (85) of each entry type into the Promotion during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.

Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) Flyaway trip which includes:
• two (2) tickets to a Live Nation produced and promoted concert at one of the participating Live Nation owned and operated venues listed below during 2016-2017 concert season;
• round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major airport nearest grand prize winner's home within the U.S. to the major airport nearest the concert;
• one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days; and
• a $200.00 pre-paid cash card for winner to use toward ground transportation.

Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($2400.00). Live Nation reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides within two hundred (200) miles from concert venue and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Concert must be selected at least thirty (30) days in advance of the travel date and is subject to availability and age restrictions. Travel must take place on the day prior to the confirmed concert and return the day following the concert. All travel must be taken no later than July 31, 2017; no alternative travel dates are available. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Instant Win Game Prizes: Ten Thousand (10,000) Ticketmaster Ticket Cash™ Instant Win Game Prizes each consisting of one (1) $10 Ticketmaster Ticket Cash™ Code.
