Then you should stop eating because most of our pots and pans used at home or at almost all restaurants are made of Aluminum. EEK!
Amazon's description for these states: "TP series of pizza pans are manufactured from heavy duty 18-gauge aluminum." 18-guage is 1.27mm or 0.05 inches thick (thin). A good pizza pan is much thicker.

Bought a 16 inch one which is cheaper than the 15 inch.

From the reviews it seems important to note the size includes a 1" rim. So if you want to cook a 12" pizza you need the 14" pan, etc. I cook my pizzas on a baking stone, but I'm tempted to get one or two of these just for serving. Not sure if it's worth it though.

Good find. But multiple Amazon reviews state that it's very cheap flimsy metal. Too bad.

I have a Breville Convection oven that I use a stone with, but cutting and serving is always a pain and messy. I'm getting the 16" pan to use strictly for cutting and serving to keep crumbs and such contained.nod

If a manufacturer put Alzheimer's disease or Dementia in a can and called it "Numb Brain", millions of people would buy it...

Until people revolt and say they don't want cancer and other malady causing ingredients in their food, drink and cookware, they will keep making it
