I don't understand why people would solicit opinion from one or two fellow SDers, while 600+ reviews were already posted on the website.

Good for OP and other SD shills, not for anybody else. Very low quality stuff. Daily obligatory Macy's ad, should be FP soon.

It is a budget set- and lowest price it has been on SD. Figured it was worth a post. Just depends on a person's needs- not everyone needs or wants All-Clad (or other high end equivalents, with the price tag to go with them).
It is also $5 less than this +132 TU thread.

i can say from my 3 year old set while trying to season them i burned the frying pan and scorched it no matter how much i clean it the stain will not come
but works fine
also the handles get warm to hot if its on a large wide flame

low quality but it is better than Walmart stuff. I got the nonstick few years ago and they still haven't fall apart completely but by no means it is high quality stuff

I'm moving into my own place in a few weeks and in need of a lot of home stuff. This is very tempting, but I'm hesitant since I'm afraid the quality will match teh low price.

Already bought a $250 set a few months back, but it seems all we ever use are the frying pans. I will get 2 of these, one nonstick and one stainless steel just for the frying pans. Hopefully the rebate will still work if I buy two different sets.

No. Only good as landfill fodder.

Think I'll grab this, already have fry pans that we use more often, but it'd be nice to have something with lids for stews and stuff.

I'm in the same boat. I just bought a house and pretty much need everything but don't want to break the bank (the house already did that lol). This is tempting for the price, but I'm hesitant as well...
