Editor's Notes & Price Research
Refer to the forum thread for additional deals.
LIVE NOW from today until 7/4 @ 10am PT. Site is currently getting hammered.
Please let me know if you want me to call out any other specific deals in this top post. Note that some of the "franchise" sales have different prices depending on whether you want to buy the entire bundle or individual games. So, depending on the situation, I may only list select prices and not everything. I recommend clicking on the product to see the breakdown and all your options rather than listing out every single price on this post. Also pay attention to DLC prices and check whether or not the bundle is cheaper than buying the DLC separately.

Brilliant Bob, Fiends of Imprisonment, Goo Cubelets the Algoorithim, and They Came From The Moon
Space Pilgrim Saga 83 percent off. Package includes Space Pilgrim games 1 thru 4.
Saint Seiya Soldier Soul at $17 (I returned this one last time because I didn't like the control scheme.)

Also the above games support the original Japanese voice-over if you prefer that..
IMO nice list if you are into Anime.

Helpful STEAM SALE Advice
This information was taken from the 2014 and 2015 threads so the information may or may not be relevant depending on whether or not Steam changed the format of its sales this year.
Quote :Load your Steam wallet ahead of time since if you have credit card trouble, you may miss out on the flash or daily sale. If you have credit card/paypal problems, you can purchase a Steam card at target or Gamestop to load your account with.
Make a wishlist and shop from there, since its time consuming to look through thousands of games to find the good ones. TONS of awesome deals never make the front page or are hidden!
Make note of when the sale ends on the game you want. Some sales end before the steam sale and there will be a timer on the page to let you know how much longer is left.
If the game is part of a series, always look at the other games in that series because sometimes they will give the same flash/daily discount without advertising it. Example: Farcry3 @ 75% off, the whole series is 75% off.
Buying the game and DLC separate can sometimes be cheaper than buying the full package. Compare prices and don't assume the package/ultimate/gold edition is the best value.
Vote as often as you can on the flash deals since that is usually tied to a free card that you can sell for steam credit.
Download the STEAM mobile app since you can vote and buy stuff from there in case you are away from your PC and missing out.
Read the STEAM game forums before you buy a game you aren't sure about since there will ALWAYS be a "is this game worth $X.XX" thread that will always give you great advice.
Always try and be there when the sales change over since that is the best time to get in on the price mistakes. Steam usually catches it within minutes and you can sometimes snag a AAA game for a few bucks or one that wasn't suppose to go on sale.
Don't trade with people you dont know. There are millions of scammers on Steam and each one will be foaming at the bit to scam/steal your account/phish you during the sale in a trade. Steam wont help you if you get screwed. They have notoriously horrible customer service.
Join the slickdeals steam group to help trade games or cards in a safer environment. Steam sells multi-game packs that can be split up for a cheaper price than buying separately and some people prefer to trade this way.
If you enjoy a type of game, and want more like it but dont know where to start, ask in the thread. We can give you tons of advice on games just like it or others you may enjoy and opinions on price points. Steam doesn't always have the best deals anymore and might find it cheaper elsewhere.
