I messed up the title. This is a six pack of 16 oz cans. Sorry.

I tried to do my research and from what I can tell, an ending price of .29 doesn't indicate a clearance.

I was at Target today and noticed the 6-pack of 16 ounce cans of Arrogant Bastard with a price tag of $9.99. Now this is already cheaper than my local grocery stores, so I grabbed it thinking what a deal! It rang up for $4.29 and was under $5 for me out the door with tax and crv. I went back and grabbed another one, and replicated it. The customer price scanners also showed this price. My guess is a digit was missed as $14.29 is closer to what I've paid for this before.

Done at the Target in Metreon in San Francisco. The number on the receipt to the left of the item is 213052211 (which I saw is requested in previous Target deals).

Must have messed up adding a pic

Stores are going to start opening on the east coast. Hopefully someone can confirm.

Looks like only ONE store in the entire Chicagoland area even carries it - - and it's OOS. Hard to believe that they'd set up inventory and delivery for one and ignore the other 50+ stores, but that's Target for you.

They named a beer after my ex! Who knew?
That is not possible. Ramsay and Jon keep that title.

Thanks OP. I picked up the last 6-pack while my GF was shopping at Nordstrom's. Cheers!

The canned is not as good as the bottle. I had one last week, and I Love Arrogant Bastard, but the can just didn't have the flavor bite of what I enjoy from a bottle or on draft.

Yeah, I feel the same way about Miller high life out of the can - especially when it costs 4.29 for a six pack lol

Glad it helped someone! At 72 cents per can (pre tax), this beer is tasting ever more delicious than usual. Cheers!

I have nothing against cans and don't see much difference in flavor most of the time. Evil Twin"s Even More Jesus and Imperial Biscotti Break in a can is a steal for the price and both beers taste great out of a can as they do out of a bottle. IPAs come out great from cans. I was quite surprised and disappointed that Arrogant Bastard didn't have the normal bite and bitterness that I've enjoyed for over 15yrs in the can I had.

Sounds like a blind taste test in a frosty mug is on order, or one of those ipa glasses
