Coca-Cola Company Sprite® and Popeyes® 100 Grand In Your Hand Promotion ~ 8/28/16 (code w/purchase or online request)

Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), June 27, 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, August 28, 2016.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

How to Participate: You will need to obtain a Code in order to enter the Sweepstakes and to play the Instant Win Game and the Collect To Win Game. There are 2 ways to obtain a Code:
a. Purchase a Coca-Cola® beverage at Popeyes Restaurant: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Popeyes restaurant and purchase a 44 fl. oz. or 32 fl. oz. Coca-Cola® beverage and you will find a Code on the cup.

b. Request a Code for Free: To obtain a Code without visiting a Popeyes restaurant and without making a qualifying purchase, follow the instructions below to request a Code.
i. Mail-In Free Code Request (available from June 17, 2016 to August 18, 2016):
To request a Code, mail a 3"x5" piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening phone numbers, and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage to "Sprite® and Popeyes® 100 Grand In Your Hand – Free Code Request," P.O. Box 5046, Department 825497, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. All requests must be postmarked by August 19, 2016 and received by August 26, 2016. You will receive a Code via automated email and you may use it to enter the Promotion. Limit: 1 request per envelope, 1 per day, per person.

ii. Online Free Code Request (available from August 19, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. ET to August 28, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. ET): To request a Code online, visit http://cash.sprite.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the Code request form, including a valid email address and you will receive a Code via automated email that you may use to enter the Promotion. All requests must be received by August 28, 2016.

Limit: 1 Code request per day, per person, regardless of method or combination of methods of obtaining Codes.

How to Enter the Sweepstakes, one of the Instant Win Games, and play the Collect To Win Game: After you have obtained a Code, visit http://cash.sprite.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including providing a valid email address. Then, follow the links and instructions to enter your Code. Once your Code is validated, you will be asked to select either the SPRITE Instant Win Game or the POPEYES Instant Win Game, each of which has separate prizes, see below for details. You will automatically receive one entry into the applicable Sweepstakes drawing. Then, you will advance to the Instant Win Game page where you will receive 1 Instant Win Game play. You will also receive one virtual game piece for the Collect To Win
Game, trying to spell out the word "CASH."

Limit: 1 Sweepstakes entry and 1 Instant Win Game play and 1 Collect To Win game play per person per day during the Promotion Period.

Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: Enter 5 Valid Codes: During the Promotion Period, for each set of 5 valid Codes you enter, you will receive 10 bonus entries into the drawing for the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period, based on the date you entered the 5th Code.

Sweepstakes Prizes: 8 Sweepstakes Prizes (1 per Sweepstakes Entry Period): A check for $10,000. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.

200 COCA-COLA STORE CODES: A digital code valid toward a purchase at the Coca-Colastore.com. ARV: $10.

100 ONLINE SHOPPING CODES: A digital code valid toward an online shopping purchase. ARV: $10.

400 MOVIE RENTAL CODES: A digital code valid toward a select movie rental. ARV: $1.50.

FOR POPEYES GAME:
100 CONCERT CODES: A digital code valid toward a purchase of select concert or event tickets. ARV: $25.

200 GIFT CARDS: A $10 pre-paid gift, terms and conditions apply. ARV: $10.

100 MUSIC CODES: A digital code valid toward a select music purchase. ARV: $10.

Collect To Win Prize: 1 Collect To Win Prize: A check for $100,000 made out to the winner. ARV: $100,000.

Total ARV of All Sweepstakes and Instant Win Prizes combined: up to $189,100. Limit: 1 Sweepstakes Prize and 1 Instant Win Game Prize per person as well as 1 Collect To Win prize.
