Your Questions will likely be Answered QUICKLY in the Wikis of the following threads!
FreedomPop Customer Support is non-existing. They do not respond to tickets even after weeks. Don't rely on this as primary number. If you lose the SIM card, you are farked - you don't have the number anymore since they don't reply to get replacement SIM card.

I was going to grab this thinking that after grabbing the trac phone one for $1 I would have some options other than Fi. However this appears to include service activation that is $27 a month. Too bad you can't just sit on this till you decide to use it.

By clicking Activate, you authorize FreedomPop to charge $27.98 at the beginning of each future subscription period.
Not $0.99?

I had a good experience with my first sim, but the next three I bought all gave me problems. The last three "freedom friends" can't be added to them, also I can't seem to get service in Canada. Not worth it anymore.

What do you mean "The last three "freedom friends" can't be added"?

Great deal. I bring one of these in a GSM phone when I travel, in case my RingPlus CDMA service is weak somewhere.

I have a unlocked Droid DNA that works on T-Mobile. Will it work with freedom pop If I get one of these sims?

Can anyone explain the "By clicking Activate, you authorize FreedomPop to charge $27.98"?
Is this $0.99 like previous deal or $0.99 + $27.98 first month?

Yes, I tried it on an old Bionic. The SIM may wind up being Tmo or ATT depending on service area.

I believe the $27.98 charge they're talking about is the default charge after the first month if you don't downgrade. I just put an order through and was only charged $.99.

Regardless, it's recommend you use a virtual CC with a set (low) limit with FreedomPop for all transactions with them. That or a prepaid debit card.

I just ordered one and it charged me $.99 so whoever is saying $27.98, it must be from next month onward!
