Limit one (1) entry per person per day. A "day" is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CDT and ending the same day at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT.
DETERMINATION OF FINALISTS: For each Entry Period, Entries will be judged by the Panel on the following judging criteria ("Judging Criteria"): (a) Creativity in the use of the Gold Trophy Can and/or Gold Trophy Can Wrap; (b) Technical merit; and (c) Photo composition. Following the conclusion of each Entry Period, the two (2) Entries receiving the highest scores will be deemed the Finalists for that Entry Period and will advance to the final round of judging, as described in Rule #7. The decisions of the Panel are final in all aspects of the Promotion. In the event of a tie, tied Entries will be re-judged by a new Panel based on the Judging Criteria stated above until the tie is broken. Limit one (1) Finalist Prize per person. Two (2) Finalists will be determined on or about the Finalists Determination Date as outlined in Rule #2. See Rule #8 for Prize details.
7. FINAL ROUND OF JUDGING TO DETERMINE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: During the Final Round of Judging, the sixteen (16) Finalists' Entries will be judged by the Panel based on the Judging Criteria as described in Rule #6. The five (5) Entries receiving the highest scores will be deemed the Grand Prize Winners (each a "Grand Prize Winner"). In the event of a tie, tied Finalists' Entries will be judged by a new Panel based on the judging criteria as described in Rule #6 until the tie is broken. The Grand Prize winners will be determined on or about July 11, 2016. See Rule #8 for Prize details.
8. Grand Prize (5): If you are selected as one of the Grand Prize winners, you will be awarded one (1) of the following "Fishing Adventures" to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion:
Grand Prize - Red Fish in Venice, Louisiana Fishing Adventure for winner and one (1) guest for three (3) consecutive nights. Travel Dates: July 21, 2016 – July 24, 2016 or September 15, 2016 – September 18, 2016. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Up to $11,550.00.
Grand Prize - Small/Largemouth Bass in Lake St. Clair, Michigan Fishing Adventure for winner and one (1) guest for two (2) consecutive nights. Travel expected to occur between August 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to availability and change. ARV: Up to $7,158.00.
Grand Prize - Rainbow/Brown and Cutthroat Trout in Montana Fishing Adventure for winner and one (1) guest for three (3) consecutive nights. Travel expected to occur between August 1, 2016 and October 31, 2016. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to availability and change. ARV: Up to $11,350.00.
Grand Prize - Sockeye Salmon in Alaska Fishing Adventure for winner and one (1) guest for six (6) consecutive nights. Travel Dates: August 24, 2016 – August 30, 2016. Includes one (1) Halibut charter and four (4) Salmon or Trout charters. ARV: Up to $16,530.00.
For Grand Prize: Each Fishing Adventure includes round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner's home), double-occupancy lodging for the number of nights stated above for winner's specific Fishing Adventure, ground transportation to/from airport/lodge and a guided fishing trip for winner and guest. During the guided fishing trip, winner and guest may have the opportunity to "meet and greet and fish with Kevin VanDam (subject to availability). Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability and change. Sponsor will provide rods, reels and bait and assist winner and his/her guest in securing their own fishing licenses. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including a valid passport or driver's license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner's responsibility. Travel and accommodations are the Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability and change. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner's responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure.
